Due to the curated and exclusive nature of our luxury selection, Justin Reed offers a strictly limited return policy on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team at support@justinreed.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure the garment or accessory is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
